Cross Country Season Registrations now Open

We are pleased to announce the Membership Portal is now open for Cross Country Registrations.

This Season, Mornington is pleased to announce we are joining our Cross Country events with Seaford and Frankston to run our season. Our first event and Season Kick-off will be held at 9:00am on Sat 3rd May at Frankston.

The benefits of combining our events with other centres means we can offer Cross Country events every week and enables members to participate with more children.  Each centre will host 4 events at their home locations and all events will commence at 9:00am.

If you are an existing registered MLAC athlete, your registration fee from the 2024-25 Track & Field season covers your child for Cross Country so there is no requirement to register or pay any additional fees.

Finally - please note that Mornington uniform tops and member bibs will be mandatory for this season events.

Season Program

This Season, we are participating with Seaford and Frankston to host and run the Cross Country Events at different centre. These events will run weekly every Saturday at 9:00am except during the Winter School Holiday period.

Please note the following Regional and State Events -

• Saturday 31 May - LAVIC State Cross Country Relay event - Location to be advised.

• Saturday 28 June - SMR Regional Cross Country event

• Saturday 9 August - State Cross Country Championship event.

The Cross Country Program has been published on our events page. Exact locations will be finalised in the coming weeks.

New Members

For our New Members - you can register for a Free 2 Week Trial if you want to try Cross Country Little Aths first. New athletes are eligible for a 2 week trial period at any time throughout the season.

At the start of the registration process, select Option A: Trial Athlete Offer button on the Registration portal. Once you decide to stay, you can log back in and pay online. All new athletes will need to present a birth certificate or passport to prove date of birth.
