MLAC Training
MLAC offers a variety of training options for our members across all Age Groups:
On-Track: - U6 - U7 - First 4 weeks of the Season.
Fundamentals: Every Wednesday focusing on Sprints and Throws
Squad Jumps: Friday Squad training for High Jump and Long / Triple Jumps
Relays: Every Wed For U9-U16 who are competing at Mentone Relay and SMR Regional Relays events.
MPAC Seniors: For our U13 and above Age groups
