MPAC Seniors Training
This season, our Athletes have the opportunity to participate in Mornington Peninsula Athletics training with the Senior Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to train with fully qualified coaches and take your performance to the next level.
MPAC Seniors Training provides the following training sessions:
Monday 5:00 - 6:30pm - Track Events
Tuesday 4:30 - 6:00pm - Throws (Shotput, Discus, Javelin)
Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30pm - Sprints and Distance training
Thursday 4:30 - 6:00pm - Throws (Shotput, Discus, Javelin)
Thursday 6:00 - 7:30pm - Sprints and Distance training
This training is available for registered Mornington Little Athletes in Under 13 and above. For more information please visit the MPAC Website or contact MPAC Coaches via email.
