Week 7 Program and Duties
Dear MLAC Families, please see below for the Week 7 Program Schedule and Duties for this Saturday Coles Community Round on 12th November. Please note that the Revised Program now has a new Under 13 Age Group introduced due to feedback and size of Open Age groups.
Please be aware that we are sharing our Season with Frankston Little Athletics Centre so we appreciate everyone's help during the season kick-off whilst we settle in to the new Season.
Week 7 Program Schedule.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of 09:00am so that you have plenty of time to Check-in with the Age Group Managers.
We will conduct a short warm-up at 8.45 am and
all age groups will commence competition events at 09:00am.
Please note - the program is subject to change pending weather conditions on the day.
Week 7 Parents & Volunteer Duty Roster
We have introduced an online booking app for Parent duties. All parents are expected to fulfil their weekly duty allocation. Our club cannot function each week without the assistance of our parents and volunteers and we are grateful for all your support.
Duties for this Saturday 12th November are as follows:
Track Set Up: from 07:30 - 08:30 UNDER 9 GIRLS & UNDER 12 GIRLS
BBQ Duties: from 09:00 to 12:00pm UNDER 7 GIRLS & UNDER 6 GIRLS
Track Pack Up: from 12:00 - 12:30 UNDER 6 BOYS & UNDER 8 GIRLS
Duties for next Saturday 19th November are as follows:
Track Set Up: from 07:30 - 08:30 UNDER 11 BOYS & UNDER 9 BOYS
BBQ Duties: from 09:00 to 12:00pm OPEN GIRLS & UNDER 6 BOYS
Track Pack Up: from 12:00 - 12:30 UNDER 8 BOYS & UNDER 12 BOYS
The Season Duty Roster is available for download on the MLAC Website. Please book your duties online as we are maintaining a record of all parents/volunteers who have completed allocated duties this season. Due to the lack of parent participation in completing duties so far this season, MLAC reserves the right to withhold end of season awards for families who have not completed their minimum 6x duties as per registration terms and conditions. We regret going down this path but it is essential that we have sufficient volunteers each week fulfil their duties to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our activities each Saturday.
Please book your duties online to help MLAC run each session effectively. We are very grateful to our MLAC Committee who gets this work done each week but we certainly need all parents to assist so we can get the session started on time.
