Week 20 Program and Duties
Dear MLAC Families, please see below for the Week 20 Program Schedule and Duties for this Saturday 25th February 2023 starting at 9:00am.
Please be aware that we are sharing our Season with Frankston Little Athletics Centre so we appreciate everyone's help during the season.
Week 20 Program Schedule.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of 9:00am so that you have plenty of time to Check-in with the Age Group Managers.
Please note - the program is subject to change pending weather conditions on the day.
Week 20 Parents & Volunteer Duty Roster
We have introduced an online booking app for Parent duties. All parents are expected to fulfil their weekly duty allocation. Our club cannot function each week without the assistance of our parents and volunteers and we are grateful for all your support.
Duties for this Saturday 25th February are as follows:
Track Set Up: from 7:30 - 8:30am UNDER 12 GIRLS & OPEN GIRLS
BBQ Duties: from 9:00 - 12:00pm UNDER 9 BOYS & UNDER 7 GIRLS
Track Pack Up: from 11:30 - 12:30am UNDER 7 BOYS & UNDER 6 GIRLS
Please book your duties online to help MLAC run each session effectively. We are very grateful to our MLAC Committee who gets this work done each week but we certainly need all parents to assist so we can get the session started on time.
